Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the contiguous United States.
Shipping & Production Times
Each new order will be shipped in the most timely manner possible. In-stock items will ship from our studio within 3-5 business days of the purchase date. Once your order leaves our studio, it should arrive in 3-5 business days depending on your selected shipping preferences.
Please note that we ship Monday-Friday, and do not count weekends or US holidays as business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that your order may experience delays due to a high volume of orders during promotional events or holidays.
Shipping times estimated at checkout are from time of shipping not time of order. Shipping times are not guaranteed by Where the Yarrows Grow™.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order has shipped the shipping address cannot be changed.
We take special care in packaging your order to protect it from weather and possible damage during transit. However, in extreme hot or cold conditions, we recommend minimizing the time a delivered good remains outside.
We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials, but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship your available items as soon as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Where the Yarrows Grow™ is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit.
If an order tracks as delivered but is not received and unable to be located by the customer it is then considered stolen. There is no insurance we can add to an order that will replace or refund an order that tracks as delivered. If there is a delivery issue with your order please contact USPS or UPS immediately for assistance.
If an item is lost in transit or cannot be delivered, the buyer must contact USPS or UPS to resolve any shipping issues and or file any claims with USPS or UPS so the item can arrive safely to them. Once an order leaves our facility we cannot be responsible for any item not being delivered. If an item is lost in the mail and cannot be delivered, a new order must be made.
International Shipping
At this time we are not providing fulfillment outside of the contiguous United States.
Product Availability
We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability date changes. Please contact us for additional questions.
Pricing Policy
All prices in our store are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
